Severity over time

Every incident in the catalog, plotted by its 0-100 severity score against the date it happened. A date known only to the month or year - common for older, archival entries - renders as a band spanning that whole interval rather than a single day, so the chart never claims more precision than the sourcing supports. The line is a rolling median over a window of five incidents, gapped where fewer than five exist to support it - it is not a trend, regression, or best-fit curve.
