Incident data

The case archive below is more than a list of entries - it is a record with real structure: a 0-100 severity score decomposed into five weighted factors, five categories, three autonomy classifications, precision-tagged dates, and normalized entities. This is the corpus-level analysis layer built on that structure: what is happening, how bad, who recurs, and whether it is worsening. Every chart is server-rendered, every datum is real selectable text, and each page publishes its dataset as CSV and JSON for citation.

A summary of the whole corpus: 9 documented incidents by severity band. Each band's count is the real number - this preview is a distribution, not a trend; the deeper charts below answer the how and why.

Severity distribution of every incident in the corpus, by band. A summary-level preview: five bars, one per severity band from Minor (cool) to Critical (warm). Each bar's numeral is the real incident count for that band.
